Los Angeles for LA Gente Blog invites all folks from LA to submit! Transplants are welcome. The goal of this blog is to document the peoples struggles against displacement. We privilege the voices of people of color. As people of color, we recognize that there are not many spaces for us to publish our own voices. We ask that you respect our call for submissions for people of color only.
Los Angeles for LA Gente gladly accepts multiple medias! We accept work in any language, welcoming the diversity that makes Los Angeles. Please make sure to provide a translation to accompany your piece, if that is so. There is a 1,000 word limit on all submissions.
